"Document"
==========
LAC (LBS ActiveX Clock) is an analog (hands/face) clock
for Windows32. It can be used on web pages and VB4+.
It has not been tested on anything else, but I suppose
it works with other ActiveX supporting environments.
You have to be familiar with ActiveX to understand how
to use it, so if you downloaded this file, I hope you're
a nerd. =:-|>

ActiveX Activation
------------------
To use the control, put it on any form or web-page.
To activate it, ya have to set interval to 500. If
it's inacurate, set it to 250 or less.

Color options
-------------
 <   &HBBGGRR   >
&H is required by VB5, BB is hex blue attrib, GG is
hex green attrib, and RR is (u guessed it) hex red
attrib. Values range from 00 thru FF, so min (black)
is &H000000 and max (white) is &HFFFFFF. Use this 
form of input for props Hcolor, Mcolor, Backcolor,
ClockColor, and BorderColor.

Clock options
-------------
from 1 to 200 (30 is best for max) can be used for
Hsize and Msize. Size prop can be set in twips (250
for best min and 4000 for best max). BorderSize is
in pixels (1 for min and 50 for best max). Hfill and
Mfill can be set from 0 to 7 for effect.
